Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Swordoutcome Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or reached out to Swordoutcome Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Swordoutcome Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@swordoutcome.world and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
